Dealer-overcharge suit to proceed

A consumer class-action lawsuit can proceed against Ford Motor Credit Co. and “Koons  Dealerships of Marlow Heights, Maryland” (which is no relation to the better-known group of Koons dealerships), the Court of Special Appeals has held.
