A Frederick man has been sentenced to more than five years in prison for being an accessory after the fact to witness tampering by homicide.
Forty-four-year-old Chester Stone was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore.
According to court documents, Stone disposed of the gun that had been used to kill 20-year-old David Lee in July 2005. Lee had been subpoenaed to testify in a drug trafficking case.
