		<description>The only reason I can figure that these firms are paying this is to keep everyone from asking to transfer to the Washington office.  Firms without big D.C. offices should not follow suit.  These pay raises inevitably lead to increased billing rates and will eventually price firms out of the work that local businesses need.  Venable and DLA have willingly abandoned that work in favor of national practices.  They are not representative of Baltimore anymore.</description>
