		<description>Either you read the Seattle Times on a regular basis (unlikely), or you read about Shakespear Feyissa's story on one of the dozen or so other blogs that have covered it in the past few days.  (My guess would be David Lat's Above the Law blog.)  If you got the story from ATL or some other blog, it is customary practice to mention that (give a "shout out" as the silly expression goes) when blogging about it yourself.  To imply that you remember the story ("reminds me of a case") from some past experience is a little disingenuous if the experience consisted of reading another blog.</description>
