Holes in his soles
By: Caryn Tamber
Check out this report on a lawyer who filed a motion to compel opposing counsel to wear appropriate footwear to court. Do you believe the lawyer with holes in his soles when he says that he wears them just because they’re lucky? Or do you think there’s some merit in opposing counsel’s contention that the worn-out shoes are a deliberate strategy to make their wearer appear more down-home?
What’s the weirdest motion you’ve ever seen or filed?
