Stewart Copeland was born in a town called Alexandria in Virginia. His parents are Miles Copeland Jr., a CIA officer, and Lorrain Adie, who was a Scottish archaeologist. He has four siblings, and he happens to be the youngest amongst them. A few months after he was born, his family went to Cairo, Egypt, and later relocated to Beirut.
